"Black Header" listings are listings that have been reported as potentially violating BackstageJobs.com's terms of use. Any listing with a black header is somewhere in the middle of a 24 hour investigation into the abuse claim. If the claim is valid, the listing will be removed. If the claim is not valid, the listing will return to it's normal header. "Black Header" listings may still be accessed by users during the 24 hour investigation. A "black header" does not necessarily mean a listing should be avoided, just that another user thinks it has a problem, and has reported it for investigation.
